As an appointed BSI 10125 Kitemark approved vehicle body repair centre, safety and correct repair methods are key to our success.
Every vehicle that we inspect must comply with strict safety and quality processes, ensuring that the correct repair methods, processes and parts are used to repair the vehicle-safely every time. The process begins with one of our qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor constructing a detailed estimate report, which is sent to our clients insurance company identifying the damage sustained. Upon approval, the repair process begins and our strict quality processes are implemented.
In addition with the BSI 10125 accreditation, we are also in partnership with Thatcham Research, the industry’s leading point of reference for all repairs, methods and requirements.
