If you ever need to make a claim on your motor insurance, you may find that you insurance company will try and drive you to use their own repairer. This may not be the best choice for you for a number of reasons;

• Their repairer may be some distance away from where you live.
• You may be waiting some time for your appointment.
• They may not be manufacturer approved or have a BSI Kitemark which is the British Standard for quality and safety.
• They may have poor reviews when you go to research them.
